Whirlpool India Ltd has launched a unique Loyalty Programme known as Magic Club for Women. The reward points can not only be used to purchase Whirlpool products but also can be cashed in at VLCC fitness center, florists, adventure camps or invitations to preview bollywood movies.
Membership to magic club is only available in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Kolkatta. To be eligible for membership, you should have made a purchase of some higher end Whirlpool product. In its 8 months of existence, the club has 10,000 members.
Whirlpool is also in talks with companies like VLCC and others to sell Whirlpool products for their loyal customers.
