Mittal Mega Mall at Panipat is developed and marketed by Cosmos Builders & Promoters Ltd. The project of this two-acre land and approximately 2.5 lakh square feet built-up area was completed in two years’ time.
The first retail outlet within the mall was opened in Jan 2007 and 95 per cent of the retail space was occupied by leading brand outlets just in two months’ time. Some leading retail brands in the mall are McDonald’s, Big Bazaar, Fun Cinemas, Adidas, Reebok, Moti Mahal, Archies, Koutons, Richlook, Catmoss and many others. There are over 125 retail outlets in the property. The group is also developing a shopping mall in Bhatinda, Punjab.
