South Indian Jewelery retailer, Kirtilal Kalidas & Co is planning to setup 24 more retail outlets and have its presence felt in North India. Kirtilal is mainly present in south and has stores in Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi and Vijaywada. The only store in North is located in Ludhiana.
Mr. V.Balaji, Marketing Head, said,
We are planning to consolidate operations in the South and set up more shops in North India. Demand from Tier-II cities is also rising and we plan to set up some showrooms there too.
Kirtilal Kalidas & Co launched the premium Forevermark Diamonds collection. The range comprises 15 designs in solitaires ranging from 30 points to 2 carats and are priced upwards of Rs 75,000. Forevermark is an exclusive brand of the Diamond Trading Corporation, Hong Kong.
