Khadim India Ltd a Pan India footwear retailer has announced that it will enter the lifestyle retailing business. Their lifestyle brand will be known as “Egaro” [means Feel Free in Spanish]
Egaro lifestyle will mainly stock apparels, footwear, cosmetics, fashion jewellery and groceries. The first two Egaro stores will come up for business in Bhowanipore and Howrah by end of 2007. Egaro chain is for the upwardly mobile in urban centers looking for one stop shopping experience. The company plans to invest Rs 25 crore for both of the stores.
