India’s number one branded Pen and office stationary manufacturer has jumped into the retail bandwagon with the launch of Luxor Signature Retail outlet in Delhi NCR.
Ms Pooja Jain, Executive Director, Luxor India Ltd said,
“The company plans to open 100 outlets in various formats across India by 2010″.
Luxor Signature outlets will stock mostly Luxor products. They also have collaborated with Parker Pens and have introduced exclusive gift packs targeting corporates.
Insiders tell that Bangalore is the next place where Luxor plans to open its next store. Bangalore is the fastest growing city in the world in terms of office space consumption.
Luxor Signature will introduce Kids educational and learning stationary brands. Luxor currently exports to the US, UK and Australia. What India really needs is a big store format such as Office Depot or Office max and I am sure Pooja Jain will plan one such store soon and hopefully this is what she hinted by saying “various formats” 🙂
